The article comprehensively explores the strategies for constructing a university English curriculum system based on the OBE concept.The article first outlines the core principles of the OBE concept and its application in the global education system.It then analyzes the main problems in current university English teaching,including the disconnect between course content and student and market demand.Furthermore,it proposes curriculum design principles based on the OBE concept,including establishing clear teaching outcome goals,optimizing teaching content and activities,and introducing corresponding teaching methods and evaluation systems.In addition,strategies and continuous improvement methods during the course implementation process were discussed,as well as how to adjust teaching plans based on student feedback and outcome evaluation.Through these strategies,the aim is to provide empirical basis and operational framework for the innovation of the college English curriculum system,in order to better serve students'learning outcomes and career development.
