摘要
文章旨在通过系统的理论分析和实证研究,深化对开放教育中“双师型”教师核心能力的探索。首先,通过科学界定核心能力,构建了包含思想引导能力、教育教学能力、实践教学能力、教学研究能力、教学管理与社会服务能力,以及教师职业教育素养的开放教育“双师型”教师核心能力框架,为教育模式的优化与创新提供了理论支持。随后,从建立“双师型”教师专业能力标准、设计阶梯式“双师型”教师发展模式、创新“双师型”教师评价体系三个方面提出了“双师型”教师核心能力的提升路径,为“双师型”教师在开放教育背景下的职业发展路径提供了系统而清晰的框架,旨在推动教育模式的创新与优化。
The article aims to deepen the exploration of the core competencies of"dual qualified"teachers in open education through systematic theoretical analysis and empirical research.Firstly,by scientifically defining core competencies,an open education"dual qualified"teacher core competency framework has been constructed,which includes ideological guidance ability,educational teaching ability,practical teaching ability,teaching research ability,teaching management and social service ability,and teacher vocational education literacy.This provides theoretical support for the optimization and innovation of educational models.Finally,the improvement path of core competencies for"dual qualified"teachers is proposed from three aspects:establishing professional competence standards for"dual qualified"teachers,designing a tiered"dual qualified"teacher development model,and innovating the"dual qualified"teacher evaluation system.This provides a systematic and clear framework for the career development path of"dual qualified"teachers in the context of open education,aiming to promote innovation and optimization of educational models.
