As an important component of the teaching management team in universities,academic administrators are responsible for various aspects such as teaching plans,course management,exam arrangements,and student status management.They are a key force in ensuring teaching quality and order.However,in practical work,the career development of academic administrators faces many challenges.This article aims to deeply analyze the difficulties faced by university academic administrators in their career development,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote their career development and further improve the quality and level of university teaching management.
