摘要
目的:调查湖南某高校经“工匠精神”路径培养的医学生及其综合能力现状,分析二者的相关性。方法:采用分层抽样方法,使用量表调查经“工匠精神”路径培养的湖南省某本科院校大学一年级与二年级临床医学专业学生的实践能力现状,分析所调查医学生综合能力现状与“工匠精神”培养路径的关系。结果:共纳入904名高校医学生,其中经“工匠精神”路径培养学生167人,未经“工匠精神”路径培养学生737人,经“工匠精神”路径培养的学生综合能力高于未经培养的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:湖南省某高校采用“工匠精神”培养路径能够提高医学生的综合能力。
Objective:To investigate the current status of medical students and their comprehensive abilities trained through the"craftsman spirit"path in a certain university in Hunan,and analyze the correlation between the two.Method:A stratified sampling method was used to investigate the current status of practical abilities of first-year and second year clinical medicine students in a certain undergraduate university in Hunan Province who had been trained through the"craftsman spirit"path using a scale.The relationship between the comprehensive abilities of the surveyed medical students and the"craftsman spirit"training path was analyzed.Result:A total of 904 medical students from universities were included,of which 167 were trained through the"craftsman spirit"path and 737 were not trained through the"craftsman spirit"path.Students trained through the"craftsman spirit"path had higher comprehensive abilities than those who were not trained,and the difference was statistically significant(<0.01).Conclusion:Adopting the"craftsman spirit"training path in a certain university in Hunan Province can improve the comprehensive abilities of medical students.
