摘要
为了更加高效、精准地检测混凝土表面裂纹,提出了红外热成像技术的混凝土表面裂纹自动检测方法。通过红外热成像技术生成混凝土表面图像,经灰度化处理去除混凝土表面图像杂色,并获取灰度化图像,然后对灰度化图像进行阈值化,从阈值化图像中提取混凝土表面裂纹特征信息,建立无裂纹混凝土表面图像的灰度值一维矩阵,并利用最小二乘法曲线拟合灰度值将待检测混凝土表面图像和无裂纹混凝土表面图像相减,突出裂纹信息,实现混凝土表面裂纹检测。实验结果表明方法的裂纹检测准确率高、速度快,在不同噪声影响下均具备较高混凝土表面裂纹检测精准度,获得了理想的混凝土表面裂纹检测效果。
In order to detect concrete surface cracks more efficiently and accurately,an automatic detection method of concrete surface cracks based on infrared thermal imaging technology is proposed.The concrete surface image is generated by infrared thermal imaging technology.The concrete surface image noise is removed by grayscale processing,and the grayscale image is obtained.Then,the grayscale image is thresholded,and the concrete surface crack feature information is extracted from the image after the threshold,and a one-dimensional gray value matrix of the crack free concrete surface image is established,The least square curve fitting gray value is used to subtract the concrete surface image to be detected from the non crack concrete surface image,highlight the crack information,and realize the concrete surface crack detection.The experimental results show that the method has high accuracy and speed of crack detection,and has a high accuracy of concrete surface crack detection under the influence of different noises,and has obtained an ideal effect of concrete surface crack detection.
