高压互感器自动化检定系统设计与开发

摘要 针对高压互感器检定过程中存在的互感器外形尺寸各异、人工检定劳动强度大的特点,设计开发一套适用于市级的小型高压互感器自动化检定系统。该系统实现了高压互感器的一次侧、二次侧的自动化定位与接线、检定过程的无人干预等功能,有效提升了高压互感器的检定效率、降低了人工强度,实现了高压互感器的自动化检定。 The high-voltage transformer has the characteristics of different appearance size and big labor intensity during its verification.In this paper,a set of municipal small automated verification system of high-voltage transformer is designed and developed.The positioning and wiring functions of the transformer primary and secondary sides is realized automatically.The verification procedure of high-voltage transformer is implemented automatically.The verification efficiency of high voltage transformer is effectively improved and the manual intensity is reduced.The goal of automatic verification of high voltage transformer is achieved.
