穴位埋线治疗围绝经期潮热的临床观察

Clinical observations on acupoint thread embedding for perimenopausal hot flushes

目的观察穴位埋线治疗围绝经期潮热的临床疗效。方法将78例围绝经期潮热患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。观察组采用穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后改良Kupperman评分量表、潮热汗出症状评分、绝经综合征中医证候评分量表及性激素水平的变化。结果治疗后及治疗后1个月随访,两组改良Kupperman评分、潮热汗出症状评分、绝经综合征中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后及治疗后1个月随访,两组血清雌二醇水平无明显变化(P>0.05);两组血清黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线能有效改善围绝经期潮热患者相关症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread embedding for perimenopausal hot flushes.Method Seventy-eight patients with perimenopausal hot flushes were randomized to observation and control groups,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group received acupoint thread embedding treatment,and the control group received acupuncture treatment.The modified Kupperman Index score,the hot flushes and sweating symptom score,the menopausal syndrome TCM syndrome scale score and sex hormone levels were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Result At the end of treatment and the follow-up one month after,the modified Kupperman Index score,the hot flushes and sweating symptom score and the menopausal syndrome TCM syndrome scale score decreased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of treatment and the follow-up one month after,serum estradiol levels did not significantly change in the two groups(P>0.05);serum luteinising hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone levels decreased in the two groups(P<0.05)and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding can effectively relieve the related symptoms in patients with perimenopausal hot flushes.
