摘要
本文围绕水泥立磨终粉磨技术,介绍TRM型水泥立磨技术,设计开发高效研磨区结构,对立磨粉磨机理、立磨大型化设计的最优途径以及高效低阻选粉机技术等进行研究,实现立磨终粉磨系统进一步节能降耗。结果表明:粉磨水泥时磨机稳定性大幅提升,降低了磨机阻力,提升了水泥产品性能等。通过工厂应用案例,分别介绍了立磨终粉磨技术的应用及终粉磨立磨系统技术改造的实施效果。
This article focuses on the final grinding technology of cement vertical mill,introduces TRM type cement vertical mill technology,designs and develops efficient grinding zone structure,grinding mechanism of vertical mill,optimal approach for large-scale design of vertical mill,and high-efficiency low resistance powder selection machine technology,etc.,to achieve further energy saving and consumption reduction in the final grinding system of vertical mill.The results showed that the stability of the grinding machine was significantly improved during cement grinding,reducing the resistance of the grinding machine and improving the performance of cement products.Through factory application cases,the application of vertical mill final grinding technology and the implementation effect of final grinding vertical mill system technology transformation were introduced respectively.
