摘要
水泥回转窑在生产过程中会产生转动和上下窜动,窑尾密封装置的作用是保证回转窑在运动过程中始终保持良好的密封性。如果密封装置失效,会直接影响到窑内反应,并且会增加风机负荷、增加煤耗。我公司在生产过程中出现回转窑尾密封装置失效的问题,现场漏灰量大,对环境造成污染,增加了员工的劳动强度,在停机时,检查窑尾密封装置,对窑尾密封装置的结构进行改造,改造完成后,密封效果得到很大改善,窑尾基本无漏灰现象,窑尾的氧含量显著降低。
Cement rotary kiln in the production process will produce rotation and up and down movement,the role of the kiln tail seal⁃ing device is to ensure that the rotary kiln in the process of movement always maintain good sealing.If the sealing device fails,it will di⁃rectly affect the reaction in the kiln,and will increase the load of the fan and increase the coal consumption.In the production process of our company,the failure of the rotary kiln tail seal device occurred,and the on-site ash leakage caused pollution to the environment and increased the labor intensity of employees.During the shutdown,the kiln tail seal device was checked and the structure of the kiln tail seal device was reformed.After the transformation was completed,the sealing effect was greatly improved,there was basically no ash leakage at the kiln tail,and the oxygen content of the kiln tail was significantly reduced.
