地铁盾构隧道自行式无轨施工台车的研究与应用

Research and Application of Self-propelled Trackless Construction Trolley for Subway Shield Tunnel

依托成都某地铁工程,研发出一种隧道自行式无轨施工台车,其可在地铁隧道内安全自行行走、自动调姿、可靠驻车等,降低了安全风险,提高了施工效率,节约了施工成本,工程应用效果良好。阐述了地铁盾构隧道自行式无轨施工台车的研究与应用过程。

Relying on a Chengdu Metro Line Project,a trackless self-propelled intelligent construction trolley for tunnels was studied.It can safely walk on its own in the subway tunnel,automatically adjust its attitude,intelligent cruise,and park reliably.It reduces the safety risk,improves the construction efficiency,saves the construction cost,and has a good effect on the application of the project.This paper describes the research and application process of the self-propelled trackless construction trolley for subway shield tunnels.
