基于全生命周期管理的配电网智能巡检管控平台设计

摘要 首先,简单阐述了信息化平台的5个设计原则。其次,详细介绍了配电网智能巡检管控平台的整体架构设计图,包括感知层、传输层、应用层和展示层4个方面。最后,从远程数据采集与监测、缺陷管理、状态评估、巡检管理等方面,研究分析了以“云、物、大、移、智”信息技术为支撑的信息化平台的核心应用功能,以期能够为后续配电网巡检管理工作的提升提供新的借鉴和建议。 In this article,firstly,the five design principles of information platforms were briefly explained.Secondly,the overall architecture design of the intelligent inspection and control platform for distribution networks was intro⁃duced in detail,including four aspects:perception layer,transmission layer,application layer,and display layer.Fi⁃nally,from several aspects such as remote data collection and monitoring,defect management,status evaluation,and inspection management,the core application functions of the information platform supported by"Cloud+IoT+Big Data+Mobile+Intelligence"information technology were studied and analyzed,in order to provide new references and suggestions for the improvement of subsequent distribution network inspection and management work.
