摘要
为解决现阶段在实体档案管理、开发、服务等工作开展过程中所面临的各项问题与挑战,助力档案管理工作质量与水平的全方位提升,以某档案馆档案信息服务与管理工作开展现状作为切入点,梳理了当前档案信息服务工作开展过程中存在的主要问题,同时分别基于环境信息、安防监控、档案管理、智能密集架、总览显示等角度对智能化档案信息服务方案进行了探讨,并给出了未来3D虚拟技术的发展方向,以期为有关从业者提供参考。
In order to solve the problems and challenges faced in the current process of carrying out the manage⁃ment,development and service of physical archives,and to promote the all-round improvement of the quality and level of archives management,taking the current situation of archives information services and management in a cer⁃tain archive as the starting point,this paper sorts out the main problems existing in the current archives information service,and discusses the intelligent archives information service scheme from the perspectives of environmental in⁃formation,security monitoring,archives management,intelligent dense shelf and overview display.The develop⁃ment direction of 3D virtual technology in the future is given,so as to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
