青年编委作为同行评议专家对科技类期刊高质量发展的促进作用——以《森林工程》实施经验为例

Benefits of Young Editorial Board Members as Peer Reviewers for High-quality Development of Scientific and Technical Journals:Taking Forest Engineering as an Example

随着中宣部2021年《关于推动学术期刊繁荣发展的意见》的印发,国家对于期刊的发展越来越重视,学术期刊的高质量发展模式成为当前出版行业研究热点。从期刊的可持续发展来说,人才至关重要。期刊的人才包括编辑、作者和编委(青年编委)。其中,青年编委在期刊的发展过程中发挥着越来越大的作用。为此,结合《森林工程》启用青年编委十多年的工作经验,着眼于青年编委作为同行评议专家对期刊发展的作用,深入探讨青年编委在农林类科技期刊办刊中的参与性与重要性,为学术期刊高质量、可持续发展提供参考与借鉴。

With the issuance of the Opinions on Promoting the Prosperity and Development of Academic Journals by Publicity De⁃partment of the Communist Party of China in 2021,the country has paid more attention to the development of journals,and the highquality development model of academic journals has become a research hotspot in the current publishing industry.From the perspec⁃tive of the sustainable development of journals,talent is crucial.The talent of journal includes editors,authors and editorial board(young editorial board),among which young editorial board plays an increasingly important role in the development process of periodi⁃cals.Based on the work experience of the young editorial board in Forest Engineering for more than 10 years,focusing on the role of young editorial board as peer reviewers in the development of journals,the participation and importance of young editorial board in the running of scientific and technological journals are deeply discussed,so as to provide reference for the high-quality and sustainable de⁃velopment of academic journals.
