老年住院患者照顾者与护士协作水平及影响因素分析

Analysis on the cooperation between nurses and caregivers of elderly inpatients and its influencing factors

目的调查老年住院患者照顾者与护理人员协作关系的总体状况,分析两者之间协作关系的影响因素,从而为进一步采取措施促进双方有效协作提供指导和依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,于2022年4月—2023年4月选取北京市5家三甲医院的老年患者的照顾者230例作为研究对象,采用患者及照顾者的一般情况调查表及跨文化调适后的家庭协作量表(FCS)进行调查。结果老年住院患者的照顾者与护士的协作得分为(91.1±10.04)分,其中照顾者的文化程度、是否与患者同住等因素影响照顾者与护士的协作水平(P<0.05)。结论住院老年患者的照顾者与护士的协作水平处于中等偏上水平。护理人员应关注照顾者的文化水平、是否与患者同住等方面,根据情况给予个体化指导,并不断提高护理人员自身水平,及时识别照顾者需要,为提高护理质量及满足老年人对日常延续照料的需求提供依据。

Objective To investigate the general situation of the cooperative relationship between nursing staff and caregivers of elderly hospitalized patients,and analyze the influencing factors of the cooperative relationship between them,so as to provide guidance and basis for further measures to promote effective cooperation between them.Methods A total of 230 caregivers of elderly patients from 5 Grade A hospitals in Beijing were selected by random sampling method from April 2022 to April 2023.The general situation questionnaire of patients and caregivers and the Family Collaboration Scale(FCS)after cross-cultural adjustment were used to investigate.Results The cooperation score between nurses and caregivers of elderly hospitalized patients was(91.1±10.04),among which the educational level of caregivers and whether they lived with patients affected the cooperation level between caregivers and nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of cooperation between nurses and caregivers of hospitalized elderly patients is above the medium level.Nursing staff should provide individualized guidance according to the cultural level of caregivers and whether they live with patients,and constantly improve their own level to identify the needs of caregivers in time,so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of nursing and meeting the needs of the elderly for daily extended care.
