小模数齿轮接触式钨钢测针微球头夹具设计

摘要 对小模数齿轮常利用接触式微球头测针进行精密测量,由于其体积较小、表面形貌复杂,对加工的测针微球头直径、圆度等精度有很高的要求。首先简要分析了利用钨钢制作小模数齿轮接触式测针的优点,并利用垂直激光束进行了微球头加工试验,根据试验结果及出现的问题设计了加工钨钢测针微球头的专用定位夹具;其次利用紧固弹簧的弹性势能实现对加工针件的夹持与放松,并搭建X/Y滚珠丝杠定位平台,实现了夹持与定位相结合;最后在加工平面引入半球形磁铁与调速马达,从而进一步提高了所加工微球头的精度与圆度。 Precision measurements of small module gears can be carried out using contact micro ball heads,Due to their small volume and complex surface morphology,high precision is required for the machining of measuring needle micro ball heads,such as straightness and roundness.This article first briefly analyzes the advantages of using tungsten steel to make small modulus gear contact measuring needles,and conducts micro ball head machining experiments using a vertical laser beam.Based on the experimental results and the problems encountered,a special positioning fixture for processing tungsten steel measuring needle micro ball heads is designed.Secondly,the elastic potential energy of the fastening spring is utilized to achieve clamping and loosening of the processed needle parts,and an X/Y ball screw positioning platform is built to achieve a combination of clamping and positioning.Finally,a hemispherical magnet and a speed regulating motor are introduced in the machining plane to further improve the accuracy and roundness of the processed microsphere head.
