摘要
水准管作为各类测量仪器的重要部件,在工业、航天等领域有着广泛的应用。水准管烧结过程中,需要对玻璃管进行封口和拉丝作业。国内现阶段采用人工烧制方式,工人劳动强度高,烧结成品外观一致性差。采用了一种自动旋转退料的夹持机构和往复平移算法控制的成型方法,研究了刀锋式烧结灯头内部结构优化和水准管成型尺寸精确控制方法,开发了一种自动封口拉丝烧制成型设备,填补了国内水准管自动烧结技术的空白,提高了水准器行业的生产自动化水平。
As an important component of various measuring instruments,the leveling tube has a wide range of applications in industries,aerospace,and other fields.During the production process of leveling tubes,it is necessary to seal and wire draw the glass tubes.At present,manual firing is adopted in China,which results in high labor intensity among workers and poor consistency in the appearance of sintered products.This article adopts a clamping mechanism for automatic rotation and material return and a forming method controlled by a reciprocating translation algorithm.The internal structure optimization of the blade type sintering lamp head and the precise control method of the forming size of the leveling tube are studied.An automatic sealing,drawing,and firing forming equipment is produced,filling the gap in automatic sintering technology for leveling tubes in China and improving the production automation level of leveling instrument enterprises.
