摘要
随着“软件定义汽车”和新能源转型的加快发展,汽车市场竞争日益加剧,产品快速迭代下的新品质量管理成为制造企业的重要课题。通过建立敏捷开发体系下的新品质量管理标准,搭建具有质量赋能属性的新品质量管控体系,围绕质量、成本、进度、交付,推进全业务模块的高效协同,并实施产品质量工作前移,建立功能软件和新能源专项质量管理,实现提前识别风险,保证新品开发各阶段成熟度目标顺利达成,从而持续输出客户满意的高质量产品,最终实现客户满意度和市场占有率的双提升。
With the acceleration of"software-defined vehicles"and new energy transformation,the competition in the automobile market has become increasingly fierce,the quality management of new products under the rapid iteration of products has become an important topic for manufactures.Through establishing new product quality management standards and control system with quality empowering attributes under the agile development system,the promotion of efficient collaboration of all functions around quality,cost,schedule and delivery,to implement quality work forward,functional software and new energy special quality management,to realize the identification of risks in advance,the process of rapid and effective elimination of risks.Ensure the maturity target of each stage of new product development is successfully achieved,so as to continue to output high-quality products with customer satisfaction,and finally realize the double improvement of customer satisfaction and market share.
