摘要
在发电机总装过程中,装配各种螺杆是必不可少的步骤。目前市场上主要有手工装料和机器人自动装料两种方式,手工装料每条产线每班至少需要一个工人,长时间站立装配,容易使工人疲劳,降低生产效率;机器人自动装料一次投入成本高,受空间限制,臂短,一次插入一根螺杆,速度慢,故障率高,实施难。设计了一种以震动盘为基础、以PLC为控制器、以接近开关和磁性开关为检测元件、以气缸和机械机构为执行元件的自动送长螺杆设备,能够满足要求,且效率高、换型简易、故障少,降低了公司的生产运营成本。
In the process of generator assembly,installing various screws is an essential step.At present,there are two main ways on the market:manual loading and robot loading.Manual loading requires at least one worker per shift for each production line.Standing assembly for a long time also makes workers tired and reduces workers’productivity.Robot loading cost is high,limited by space,short arm,insert a screw at a time,slow speed,high failure rate,difficult to implement.The equipment is based on the vibration disk,PLC as the controller,proximity switch and magnetic switch as the detection element,cylinder and mechanical mechanism as the execution element,the implementation of meeting the requirements,high efficiency,easy to change,less fault automatic screw feeding equipment,reduce the company's production and operating costs.
