摘要
介绍了CMM2-18Y煤矿用窄机身双臂锚杆钻车的组成、工作原理及主要结构设计。通过实际应用证明:该钻车采用两套四连杆式钻臂结构是合理的,两套钻臂各自独立操作、互不干涉,满足了井下全断面锚杆、锚索孔及迎头探测孔的机械化施工要求;同时钻车机身宽度较窄,仅800 mm,且行走部采用可伸缩履带,左、右履带跨距800 mm~1200 mm可调,既能满足开阔空间钻车行走稳定性要求,又能适应狭窄通道,与其他设备错机方便,在小型断面巷道施工方面适应性广,优势明显。
The composition,working principle,and main structural design of the CMM2-18Y narrow body double arm drilling rig are narrated.Through practical application,it is proved that the drilling rig adopts two sets of four link type drill arm structures,and the two sets of drill arms operate independently and do not interfere with each other,meeting the mechanical construction requirements of underground full section anchor,anchor cable holes,and head-on detection holes;At the same time,the width of the drilling rig body is narrow and only 800 mm,and the walking part adopts telescopic tracks.The left and right track spans are adjustable from 800 mm to 1200 mm,which can not only meet the stability requirements of the drilling rig in open spaces,but also adapt to the narrow passages.It is convenient for other equipment to move around.This drilling rig has a wide adaptability and obvious advantages in the construction of small section tunnels.
