生态系统视角下失能老人家庭照护供给研究

Study on family care provision for disabled elderly from the perspective of ecosystem

家庭照护是我国长期照护模式之一,对满足失能老人长期照护需求起到了重要作用。为保证家庭照护供给与服务质量,应缓解家庭照护者压力,为照护者提供工作时间和工作机会,增加照护者社会参与时间,并通过扶持手段降低家庭照护成本支出,加快建立家庭长期照护支持网络,由政府、社区、机构等多元主体提供社会支持,健全家庭照护正式支持制度,引导社会化养老照料与家庭照料互补,从根本上保障失能老人照护服务质量,切实解决失能老人晚年照护困难。

Family care is one of the long-term care models in our country,which plays an important role in meeting the long-term care needs of the disabled elderly.In order to ensure the supply and service quality of family care,the pressure of family caregivers should be relieved,working hours and work opportunities should be provided for caregivers,the time of social participation of caregivers should be increased,and the cost of family care should be reduced through supportive means.Accelerate the establishment of a long-term family care support network,with the government,communities,institutions and other diverse entities providing social support.Improve the formal support system for family care,guide socialized care for the elderly and family care to complement each other,fundamentally guarantee the quality of care services for disabled elderly people,and effectively solve the dilemma of care for disabled elderly people in their old age.
