摘要
在“大众创业、万众创新”的经济背景下,高校应积极探索资助育人与就业创业教育相结合的协同育人模式,实现“解困—育人—成人—回馈”的育人模式。文章将资助育人工作放在经济社会发展的全局之中,融合创业教育作为培养学生实践能力的主要路径,不断调整和改进资助策略,加强顶层设计,强化协同育人,制定全面政策指导,优化课程设置,不断提升高校资助育人的协同性,提高资助育人工作的质量和实效。
In the economic context of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation initiative”,colleges and universities should actively explore a collaborative education model that combines funding and entrepreneurship education,and achieve a“problem-solving-education-achievement-feedback”education model.This article places funding in the overall context of economic and social development,and integrates entrepreneurship education as the main path to cultivate studentspractical abilities.Continuously adjusting and improving funding strategies,strengthening top-level design,enhancing collaborative education,formulating comprehensive policy guidance,optimizing curriculum settings,continuously enhancing the synergy of university funding education,and improving the quality and effectiveness of funding education work.
