Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and the source of wealth.The employment of college students is related to social stability and national development.Therefore,exploring the employment of college students in the new digital industry has profound significance.The formation of new formats conforms to the needs of technological innovation,industrial upgrading,and market development,providing flexible and diversified employment opportunities for college students.At the same time,employment under digital new formats has higher requirements for the quality of college students.Based on this,this article analyzes the employment opportunities and challenges for college students,and proposes optimization strategies from the perspective of universities,students,and society,in order to provide some reference for improving the employment competitiveness of contemporary college students.
