摘要
目的了解社区慢性病共病患者自我同情现状及其影响因素,为护理人员采取针对性措施促进社区慢性病共病患者的身心健康发展提供科学依据。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、自我同情量表、Herth希望量表和领悟社会支持量表对社区402例慢性病共病患者进行调查。结果社区慢性病共病患者的自我同情得分(79.04±7.82)分。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,希望水平和领悟社会支持水平是社区慢性病共病患者自我同情的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论社区慢性病共病患者自我同情处于中等水平,护理人员应加强患者自我同情的识别与干预,制订针对性护理方案,充分调动患者及其家庭对慢性病共病相关身心健康管理的积极性,以提升社区慢性病共病患者的自我同情水平。
Objective To explore the current status of self-compassion and its influencing factors among patients with multiple chro-nic conditions in the community,and to provide scientific basis for nursing staff to take targeted measures to promote the physical and mental health development of patients with multiple chronic conditions in the community.Methods A general information questionnaire,the Self-Compassion Scale(SCS),the Herth Hope Index(HHI)and the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used to investigate 402 patients with multiple chronic conditions in the community.Results The SCS score of patients with multiple chronic conditions in the community was(79.04±7.82).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the level of hope and the level of perceived social support were influencing factors of self-compassion among patients with multiple chronic conditions in the community(both P<0.05).Conclusion The self-compassion of patients with multiple chronic conditions in the community is at a moderate level,and caregivers should strengthen the identification and intervention of patients′self-compassion,formulate a targeted care plan,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of patients and their families in the management of physical and mental health related to chronic comorbidities,in order to enhance the self-compassion level of patients with multiple chronic conditions in the community.
