摘要
随着经济发展和生活水平提高,酒店餐饮业迎来快速发展,但食品安全问题日益突出。本文分析了酒店餐厅食品安全管理中存在的主要问题,包括原材料采购管理不规范、食品加工流程不严谨、监管体系执行力度不足等。针对这些问题,本文提出了完善供应链管理机制、优化食品加工标准化流程、构建全面质量管理体系等管理策略。通过实施这些措施,可有效提升酒店餐厅食品安全管理水平,保障消费者健康,促进酒店餐饮业健康可持续发展。
With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards,the hotel and catering industry is experiencing rapid growth,but food safety issues are becoming increasingly prominent.This article analyzes the main problems in food safety management in hotel restaurants,including non-standard raw material procurement management,lax food processing procedures,and insufficient enforcement of regulatory systems.In response to these issues,the article proposes management strategies such as improving supply chain management mechanisms,optimizing food processing standardization processes,and building a comprehensive quality management system.By implementing these measures,the level of food safety management in hotel restaurants can be effectively improved,consumer health can be guaranteed,and the healthy and sustainable development of the hotel catering industry can be promoted.
