摘要
本文聚焦基于供应链的猕猴桃质量安全追溯体系构建,强调了该体系在保障猕猴桃从采摘、加工到运输各环节质量安全中的重要性。通过分析采摘与加工环节对猕猴桃品质的影响,以及运输过程中的潜在风险,提出了包括建立统一标识系统、全面采集信息数据、构建追溯平台及强化监管机制在内的有效策略,旨在通过透明化、标准化的管理手段,提升猕猴桃产业的质量安全水平,保障消费者权益,推动行业健康发展。
This paper focuses on the construction of a kiwifruit quality and safety traceability system based on the supply chain,and emphasizes the importance of this system in ensuring the quality and safety of kiwifruit from picking,processing to transportation.By analyzing the impact of picking and processing on the quality of kiwifruit,as well as the potential risks in the transportation process,this paper proposes effective strategies including establishing a unified identification system,comprehensively collecting information data,building a traceability platform,and strengthening the supervision mechanism,aiming to improve the quality and safety level of the kiwifruit industry,protect consumer rights,and promote the healthy development of the industry through transparent and standardized management methods.
