木糖醇作为一种天然、高效的甜味剂,因其独特的理化性质和生理功能,在食品加工中具有广泛的应用前景。基于此,本文介绍了木糖醇的理化性质,详细阐述了木糖醇的制备方法,并重点探讨了木糖醇作为功能性甜味剂在食品加工中的应用,旨在为功能性甜味剂在食品工业中的应用与发展提供理论依据。
Xylitol,as a natural and efficient sweetener,has broad application prospects in food processing due to its unique physicochemical properties and physiological functions.Based on this,this article introduces the physicochemical properties of xylitol,elaborates on the preparation methods of xylitol,and focuses on exploring the application of xylitol as a functional sweetener in food processing.Intended to provide theoretical basis for the application and development of functional sweeteners in the food industry.
