面向暂态稳定性提升的构网型储能系统自适应控制方法

摘要 使用锁相环进行电网同步的跟网型新能源变流器在大信号扰动中容易发生暂态失稳问题。为探究新能源场站中的构网型储能对其暂态稳定性的支持作用,首先建立了跟网型新能源变流器与构网型储能变流器的暂态模型,在此基础上建立了含构网型储能的新能源场站的混合系统暂态模型。在暂态模型的基础上分析了储能系统不同出力对于不同工况下新能源场站暂态稳定性的影响。随后,提出了一种构网型储能自适应暂态支撑方法,可以做到不依赖储能系统与新能源场站的通信,控制储能系统自发地向系统注入合适的功率以为新能源场站提供暂态稳定性支持。最后,搭建了含构网型储能的新能源场站仿真模型及实验平台,验证了所提控制策略对于系统暂态稳定性提升的有效性。 The grid-following-based renewable energy station using phase-locked loops for grid synchronization is prone to transient instability in large signal perturbations.To investigate the role of the energy storage system in the renewable energy station in supporting its transient stability,the transient model of the grid-following-controlled converter and the grid-forming-controlled converter is derived,and then the transient model of the renewable energy station paralleled with the energy storage system is established.Based on the transient model,the effects of different outputs of the energy storage system on the transient stability of the renewable energy station under different operating conditions are analyzed.Subsequently,an adaptive transient support control strategy for the grid-forming-based energy storage system is proposed,which can control the energy storage system to spontaneously inject the appropriate power to provide transient stability support for the renewable energy station without relying on the communication between the energy storage system and the renewable energy station.Finally,a simulation model and an experimental platform of a renewable energy station with a grid-forming-based energy storage system are constructed.The results verify the proposed control strategy’s effectiveness in improving the system’s transient stability.
