基于“标杆—个性”的企业技术专利研发方向识别——以新能源汽车企业为例

Research on Enterprise Technological Patent R&D Direction Identification Based on“Benchmark-personalization”:An Example of the New Energy Vehicle Enterprises

摘要 [目的/意义]高质量的专利技术研发工作对于提升企业竞争力具有重要意义,识别企业技术专利研发方向有利于充分利用现有研发资源实现创新突破,降低企业研发方向的不确定性。[方法/过程]首先,结合行业整体技术热点趋势与标杆企业技术态势,明确重点技术类别;其次,基于专利竞争力识别目标企业的绝对优势技术和相对优势技术类别,进而对目标企业进行个性化技术偏好分析;最后,借助LDA模型识别技术主题,明确企业未来专利技术研发方向。[结果/结论]实证结果表明,标杆企业的技术布局对行业发展具有引导作用。同时,目标企业应以绝对优势技术为核心,发展自身相对优势技术,形成多技术核心的创新型企业。[局限]由于专利申请流程的时滞性,在新兴技术专利优势识别上有一定局限性。 [Purpose/significance]High quality patent technology research and development work is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Identifying the direction of enterprise technology patent research and development is conducive to fully utilizing existing R&D resources to achieve innovative breakthroughs and reducing the uncertainty of enterprise R&D direction.[Method/process]Firstly,based on the overall trend of technology hotspots in the industry and the technological situation of benchmark enterprises,clarify the key technology categories.Secondly,based on patent competitiveness,identify the absolute and relative advantage technology categories of the target enterprise,and then conduct personalized technology preference analysis on the target enterprise.Finally,using the LDA model to identify technical themes,clarify the future direction of enterprise patent technology research and development.[Result/conclusion]Empirical results indicate that the technological layout of benchmark enterprises has a guiding effect on industry development.At the same time,the target enterprise should take absolute advantage technology as the core,develop its own relative advantage technology,and form an innovative enterprise with multiple technology cores.[Limitations]Due to the time lag of the patent application process,there are certain limitations in identifying the advantages of emerging technology patents.
