摘要
为了让社会主义核心价值观更好地融入大学生班级管理,对班级成员产生积极影响,促进大学生班级管理,文章针对当前社会主义核心价值观融入大学生班级管理存在融入僵化、调节失灵、评价乏力等问题,采用“理论架构-实践论证-完善机制”的方式,探索建立和谐融入机制、动态调节机制、差异评价机制,并形成一个完整的动态循环体系,从而使社会主义核心价值观所倡导的价值理念最终沉淀固化为大学生班级管理的目标和价值追求,对班级成员产生持续规范的有效价值认同和理念践行。
In order to better integrate the core socialist values into the class management of college students,have a positive impact on class members,and promote the class management of college students,in view of the current problems such as rigid integration,malfunctioning of regulation,and weak evaluation in the integration of the core socialist values into the class management of college students,this article adopts the method of“theoretical framework-practical demonstration-improvement mechanism”to explore and establish a harmonious integration mechanism,a dynamic regulation mechanism,and a differentiated evaluation mechanism,and form a complete dynamic circulation system.Thus,the value concepts advocated by the core socialist values will finally be precipitated and solidified into the goals and value pursuits of the class management of college students,generating continuous,standardized,effective value recognition and practice of concepts among class members.
