接纳与承诺疗法在大学生心理健康教育课程中的应用研究

摘要 将接纳与承诺疗法融入大学生心理健康教育课程是提升大学生自我接纳与心理弹性水平的有效方式,文章采用团体辅导方式将接纳与承诺疗法融入课程,设计16周的团体辅导方案,对大学生展开研究。采用2(前测VS后测)×2(干预组VS对照组)实验设计,实施团体辅导并分别在前后测中对干预组与对照组的相关指标进行测量。结果表明:完成16周团体辅导后,自我接纳方面干预组比对照组平均分多提升2.88,心理弹性方面干预组比对照组平均分多提升5.43。基于此得出结论:该团体辅导方案设计能改善大学生心理状态;接纳与承诺疗法以团体辅导形式融入大学生心理健康教育课程具有积极作用,为提升大学生心理健康水平提供了新的途径和实践依据。 Integrating acceptance and commitment therapy into college students'mental health education curriculum is an effective way to improve college students'self-acceptance and psychological resilience.This paper adopts group counseling to integrate acceptance and commitment therapy into the curriculum,and designs a 16-week group counseling program to study college students.The experimental design of 2(pre-test VS post-test)×2(intervention group VS control group)is used to implement group counseling and measure the relevant indicators of the intervention group and the control group in the pre-test and post-test.The results show that after 16 weeks of group counseling,the average score of self-acceptance in the intervention group was 2.88 higher than that in the control group,and the average score of psychological resilience in the intervention group was 5.43 higher than that in the control group.Conclusion based on this:the group counseling program design can improve the psychological state of college students;acceptance and commitment therapy has a positive effect on the integration of college students'mental health education courses in the form of group counseling,which provides a new way and practical basis for improving the mental health level of college students.
