摘要
近年来,肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)因其高致死率受到广泛关注,静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)预防不足仍是亟待解决的问题。优化的风险评估模型和标准化临床路径对PTE的诊断和个体化干预至关重要。人工智能辅助的影像学技术在PTE的早期诊断和风险分层中展现了巨大潜力。慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压(CTEPH)显著影响患者的生活质量,早期诊断和多模态影像评估尤为重要。人工智能和远程医疗技术为VTE-PTE-CTEPH的综合防治提供了长时程、动态监测的可能性。未来需进一步研究VTE预防、PTE精准诊治和CTEPH的管理模式,以构建全流程的患者管理体系。
In recent years,pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE)has been increasingly highlighted due to its high mortality risk,while an insufficient prevention of venous thromboembolism(VTE)remains a critical issue.Optimized risk assessment models and standardized clinical pathways are essential for enhancing the diagnostic rate of PTE and improving individualized interventions.Artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted imaging technologies show significant potentials in early diagnosis and risk stratification for PTE.Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension(CTEPH)severely impacts the quality of life,making early diagnosis and multimodal imaging crucial.AI and telemedicine technologies offer long-term,dynamic monitoring opportunities in the comprehensive prevention and treatment of VTE-PTE-CTEPH.Future research should focus on VTE prevention,precise PTE management,and comprehensive CTEPH therapeutic strategies,thus building a holistic management framework.
