森马服饰轻资产运营模式及效果研究

纺织服装业作为制造业的支柱型产业之一,近年来,由于原材料、人工价格的不断上涨,行业内利润空间被严重压缩,导致部分纺织服装企业面临着前所未有的发展困境。文章以森马服饰为例,分析了轻资产运营模式对企业发展产生的效果。研究认为,轻资产运营模式的出现,将成为部分企业解决这一难题的突破口。轻资产运营模式能不能为企业带来长久的发展空间,值得我们进一步去研究与探索。

As one of the pillar industries in the manufacturing industry,the textile and garment industry has faced unprecedented development difficulties in recent years due to the rising prices of raw materials and labo.The profit margins in the industry have been seriously compressed,resulting in some textile and garment enterprises facing unprecedented development difficulties.The emergence of the asset-light operation model has become a breakthrough for these enterprises to solve this problem,and what effect that the asset-light operation model will bring to the enterprise is worthy of further exploration.Taking Semir Apparel as an example,this study discusses the effect of the asset-light operation model on the development of enterprises.
