“双碳”目标下服装专业“四位一体”人才培养模式

"Four-in-One"Talent Cultivation Model for Garment Specialty under the"Double Carbon"Goals

在“双碳”发展战略目标下,中国纺织服装产业面临着转型升级、迭代发展的挑战。为应对这一挑战,高职院校服装专业亟待构建与产业发展相适应的人才培养模式。文章提出了基于“双碳”战略目标下服装专业“岗课赛证”“四位一体”的人才培养模式,根据服装产业岗位及“双碳”目标要求,设计理实一体化的课程体系,并将技能大赛的内容及标准有机融入到课程中,将课程内容与职业技能证书有机融合。建立多维度评价体系,包括环境意识、可持续设计、技术应用等方面的评价指标,以评估和优化“岗课赛证”“四位一体”的人才培养模式。

Under the development strategic goals of"double carbon",China's textile and apparel industry is confronted with the challenges of transformation,upgrading,and iterative development.To cope with this challenge,the clothing specialty in vocational colleges needs to construct a talent cultivation model that is adaptable to the industrial development.This study proposes a"post-course-competition-certificate"and"four-in-one"talent cultivation model for the clothing specialty based on the"double carbon"strategic goals.According to the positions in the clothing industry and the requirements of the"double carbon"goals,a curriculum system integrating theory and practice is designed,and the contents and standards of skills competitions are organically integrated into the courses.A multi-dimensional evaluation system is established,encompassing evaluation indicators such as environmental awareness,sustainable design,and technology application,to assess and optimize the"post-course-competition-certificate"and"four-in-one"talent cultivation model.
