天香藤提取物抗氧化和美白的功效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Albizia corniculata Extract Against Antioxidant and Whitening

为了探究藤类中草药的抗氧化和美白效果,研究通过利用超声提取的方法,将干燥天香藤[Albizia corniculata(Lour.)Druce]用乙醇浸提得到乙醇提取物。分析天香藤乙醇提取物内含总酚等含量,评估其抗氧化能力和美白能力。结果表明,天香藤中草药提取物具有良好的清除DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的能力。在提取物质量浓度为100μg/mL时能降低黑色素B16-F10细胞中黑色素含量并对酪氨酸酶的活性产生作用。总之,天香藤提取物可以为开发抗氧化美白类化妆品的研发与应用提供参考。

To explore the antioxidant and whitening potential of Chinese rattan herbs,an ethanol extract of Albizia corniculata was obtained using ultrasonic extraction method.The total phenol content was analyzed,and both the antioxidant capacity and whitening ability were evaluated.The results showed that the ethanol extract yielded a high total phenol content and demonstrated strong DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging abilities.At a concentration of 100μg/mL,it effectively inhibited tyrosinase activity and reduced melanin production in B16-F10 cells.In summary,the extract shows potential for the development and application of antioxidant whitening cosmetics.
