基于教师和学生层面,打破沉默课堂的策略

Strategies for Breaking the Silent Classroom Based on Teacher and Student Levels

摘要 积极活跃的课堂教学能够有效提升教学质量,但在教学实践中,大学课堂中的沉默现象普遍存在。面对这一问题,文章从教师和学生两个层面展开讨论,寻找打破沉默课堂的方法。教师的教学方法与内容设置、课堂环境的紧张氛围以及学生的学习策略与态度等都是导致大学课堂沉默现象的重要因素。为了解决课堂沉默的问题、提高学生的有效课堂参与度,我们需要从师生的教与学两个方面提出应对策略,促使大学课堂氛围更加轻松活跃,最终达到提升整体教学质量的效果。 Positive and active classroom teaching can effectively improve the quality of teaching,but in teaching practice,the phenomenon of silence in the university classroom is widespread.In the face of this problem,this paper discusses the two levels of teachers and students to find ways to break the silence in the classroom.Teachers’teaching methods and content settings,the tense atmosphere of the classroom environment,and students’learning strategies and attitudes are all important factors that lead to the phenomenon of silence in the university classroom.In order to solve the problem of silence in the classroom and to improve the effective participation of students in the classroom,we need to put forward coping strategies from both the teaching and learning aspects of teachers and students,so as to promote a more relaxed and active atmosphere in the university classroom,and to ultimately achieve the effect of improving the overall quality of teaching.
