续断药理作用的物质基础及机制研究进展

摘要 续断,以补肝肾、强筋骨、续折伤、止崩漏等功效而闻名,可作为中成药、药茶原料,中药饮片,具有很高的开发价值,本研究旨在为续断的现代研究提供科学依据。以“续断”“药理作用”“物质基础”“作用机制”“研究进展”等作为关键词进行检索,对其化学成分、药理作用、作用机制等将进行归纳总结。续断富含三萜皂苷类、挥发油类、环烯醚萜类、酚酸、生物碱等活性物质,具有治疗关节炎、骨质疏松、复发性流产,抗肺癌、抗抑郁、抑菌等药理作用,作用机制包括调控蛋白表达、抑制细胞因子及相关受体、调控信号通路和对相关酶的影响。本文通过对续断药理作用的物质基础及作用机制综述,可为续断进一步开发利用提供参考。 DipsaciRadix,is known for its effects of tonifying the liver and kidneys,strengthening muscles and bones,renewing broken wounds,stopping metrorrhagia.It can be used as raw materials of traditional Chinese patent medicines and medicinal tea,Chinese herbal pieces,with high development value.This study aims to provide scientific basis for modern research of Dipsacus asper.Using keywords such as“Dipsaci Radix”,“pharmacological effects”,“material basis”,“mechanism of action”,and“research progress”,a search will be conducted to summarize its chemical composition,pharmacological effects,and mechanism of action.Dipsaci Radix is rich in active substances such as triterpenoid saponins,volatile oils,cyclohexene ether terpenes,phenolic acids,alkaloids,etc.It has pharmacological effects on treating arthritis,osteoporosis,recurrent miscarriage,anti lung cancer,anti depression,antibacterial.The mechanism of action includes regulating protein expression,inhibiting cytokines and related receptors,regulating signaling pathways,and affecting related enzymes.This article provides a review of the material basis and mechanism of action of the pharmacological effects of Dipsaci Radix,which can serve as a reference for further development and utilization of Dipsaci Radix.
