摘要
国家虚拟仿真实验教学课程共享平台食品科学与工程类专业共有58门课程,其中45门食品科学与工程、5门食品质量与安全、2门粮食工程、4门酿酒工程、1门葡萄与葡萄酒工程、1门食品安全与检测。这些课程的建设极大丰富了教学资源、提高了教学效率。课程主要集中在2018年和2024年上线。建设单位多位于华东地区,且以农林类院校为主。从专业分类、选题类别,课程结构设计、教学考核与实验评价进行全方位分析,发现食品科学与工程类专业虚拟仿真课程存在建设和维护资金投入不足,推广力度不足、建设体系化不足等问题,可通过完善实验资源、加强跨校合作与交流、提高教师操作能力与培训、提升学生参与度与积极性予以完善。
The National Virtual Simulation Experiment Course Sharing Platform has a total of 58 courses in the Food Science and Engineering major which were mainly launched in 2018 and 2024,including 45 courses in Food Science and Engineering,5 courses in Food Quality and Safety,2 courses in Grain Engineering,4 courses in Brewing Engineering,1 course in Grape and Wine Engineering,and 1 course in Food Safety and Testing.These courses had greatly enriched teaching resources and improved teaching efficiency.The construction universities were mostly located in the East China,and were mainly agricultural and forestry colleges.A comprehensive analysis from the aspects of major classification,topic selection,course structure design,teaching assessment and experimental evaluation was made,finding that the construction and maintenance of virtual simulation courses of this major were not sufficiently funded,promoted and systematic.It could be improved by improving experimental resources,strengthening cross-school cooperation and communication,improving teachers’operational ability and training,and enhancing students’participation and enthusiasm.
