摘要
案例教学法作为一种有效的教学手段,已被广泛认可并应用于全球范围内的教育实践中。文章以我院生物与医药专业硕士研究生“食品检验专题”课程为例,分析了案例教学的必要性、可行性及其在实际教学中的应用,探讨了研究生案例教学法的应用和创新。通过构建案例库,选取具有现实意义和教育价值的食品安全事件,如“酸汤子”中毒事件和“镉大米”污染事件,展示了案例教学在提升学生实践操作能力、批判性思维和问题解决能力方面的作用。通过多层次分享与讨论、小组展示与汇报答辩等环节,案例教学法有效地激发了学生的学习积极性,提高了教学质量。通过案例教学,学生能够更深入地理解食品检验的理论与实践,为未来的职业生涯打下坚实的基础。
The case teaching method,as an effective teaching tool,has been widely recognized and applied in educational practice worldwide.In this paper,the necessity and feasibility of case teaching and its application in the course“Topics in Food Inspection”for master’s degree students of biology and medicine are analyzed as an example and the application and innovation of case teaching method for postgraduates are discussed.By constructing a case library and selecting food safety incidents with practical significance and educational value,such as the poisoning incident of“sour soup seeds”and the contamination incident of“cadmium rice”,the course demonstrates the role of case teaching in enhancing students’practical operation ability,critical thinking and problem-solving ability.The role of case studies in enhancing students’practical skills,critical thinking,and problem-solving skills is demonstrated.Through multi-level sharing and discussion,group presentation,and reporting and defense,the case teaching method effectively stimulates students’learning enthusiasm and improves teaching quality.Through case teaching,students can have a deeper understanding of the theory and practice of food inspection and lay a solid foundation for their future careers.
