With the advent of the digital era,the teaching modes and approaches in higher education have witnessed profound alterations.This paper intends to explore how to efficaciously incorporate ideological and political elements into the teaching of“Technology of Food Microbe Testing”within the digital context.The aim of this paper is to facilitate the organic integration of ideological and political education and professional education,and cultivate food professional talents with correct values,professional ethics,and social responsibility.
