摘要
“食品企业经营管理”课程是高等学校面向食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全等专业开设的专业选修课程,主要通过对众多案例深入浅出地讲解提升学生的综合管理能力,讲授如何为顾客创造价值、打造产品或服务、发展企业战略、构建体验营销,其综合性、应用性及实践性都很强,师生普遍反映课程难教难学。针对这一困境,任课教师主动适应现代教育技术发展趋势,积极采用混合教学模式并在教学实践中引入构思-设计-实施-运作(CDIO)教学理念,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的自主学习与独立思考能力,从而取得较好的教学效果,为学生的食品专业素质拓展打下坚实基础。
The course Food Business Management is a professional elective course for food science and engineering,food quality and safety majors in institutions of higher learning,mainly through the in-depth explanation of many cases to enhance the students’comprehensive management skills,teaching how to create value for customers,to build products or services,to develop business strategy,and to build experience marketing,its comprehensive,practice and practicality are very strong,and teachers and students generally respond that this course is difficult to teach and learn.In response to this dilemma,the teachers take the initiative to adapt to the development trend of modern education technology,actively adopt the hybrid teaching mode and introduce the CDIO teaching concept in teaching practice,stimulate students’interest in learning,and improve students’independent learning and independent thinking ability,so as to achieve better teaching results,and to lay a solid foundation for the development of the students’professionalism in the field of food.Better teaching results are achieved,and a solid foundation for students to expand their professional quality of food is laid.
