摘要
建立一种QuEChERS-气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用法同时测定蔬菜水果中24种农药残留量的检测方法。样品经乙腈萃取,QuEChERS净化管净化,空白基质匹配标准曲线定量,气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用法检测。24种农药在0.002~0.800 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999;对于10.0 g样品,24种农药的检出限范围为0.02~0.8μg/kg,定量限范围为0.05~2.0μg/kg;低浓度(0.50~5.0μg/kg)、中浓度(2.0~20μg/kg)、高浓度(6.0~60μg/kg)平均加标回收率为60.1%~124.8%,相对标准偏差(SRSD,n=6)为1.2%~10.4%。该方法简单,准确,稳定可靠,适用于蔬菜水果中农药残留量的检测。
Amultiresidue analytical method for 24 pesticide residues in vegetable and fruit products was established by gas chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry with QuEChERS.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and purified by QuEChERS,and the supernatant was analyzed by GC-MS/MS with quantified by matrix matching external standard method.A total of 24 pesticides showed good linear relationship within the range of 0.002-0.800 mg/L,and the linear coefficients were greater than 0.999.The detection limit and quantitation limit were 0.02-0.8μg/kg and 0.05-2.0μg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of low concentration(0.50-5.0μg/kg),medium concentration(2.0-20μg/kg)and high concentration(6.0-60μg/kg)were ranged from 60.1%to 124.8%with the relative standard deviations(SRSD,n=6)of 1.2%to 10.4%.The method is simple,accurate,stable and reliable,which is suitable for the detection of a variety of pesticide residues in vegetable and fruit products.
