摘要
采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中的柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝和赤藓红共8种合成着色剂。样品经乙醇氨水溶液提取,在50℃水浴氮吹和固相萃取柱净化后,以甲醇和0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,进样量20μL,经高效液相色谱仪分析。结果表明,8种合成着色剂在0.2~10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.999,检出限均可以达到0.3 mg/kg。样品平均回收率范围为70.1%~102.2%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations,SRSD)为0.09%~4.49%。该方法精密度高、重复性好,可以同时测定食品中多种合成着色剂,适用样品类别广,对于一些复杂样品基质的测定具有参考意义。
Simultaneous determination of eight synthetic colorants including tartrazine,new red,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow,allura red,brilliant blue and erythrosine in food was carried out by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography.The sample was extracted with ethanol-amonia solution,blow-dried with nitrogen in 50℃water bath and purified by solid phase extraction column.Subsequently,gradient elution was performed with methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase.The sample size was 20µL,and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the eight synthetic colorants had good linear relationships in the range of 0.2-10μg/mL,and the correlation coefficients were all>0.999.The limit of detection could be reached 0.3 mg/kg.The average recoveries of samples ranged from 70.1%to 102.2%,and the relative standard deviations(SRSD)were 0.09%to 4.49%.The method has high precision and good reproducibility,and can be used to simultaneously determine a variety of synthetic colorants in food.It is suitable for a wide range of samples,and has reference significance for the determination of some complex sample matrices.
