摘要
马克思主义人本思想是以“人”为核心的理论,旨在以人类的“根本利益”“整体利益”“长远利益”规范和引导人类实践活动的发展。我国食品安全发展总体形势较好,但依然面临食品生产环境多元复杂、利益驱动下的不法行为频发、公众参与有效共治不足等困境。破解食品安全发展困境、促进食品安全形势根本好转,需着力推进食品安全治理现代化。在食品安全领域中满足人民日益增长的美好生活的需要,正确利用马克思主义人本思想指导食品安全治理,坚持以人民为中心,坚持“产”“治”并重,创新公众参与社会共治的激励机制,为中国食品安全治理实现现代化提供新思路和新参考。
Marxist humanistic thought is a theory centered on“human beings”,aiming to regulate and guide the development of human practical activities in the“fundamental interests”,“overall interests”and“long-term interests”of human beings.It aims to regulate and guide the development of human practical activities in the“fundamental interests”,“overall interests”and“long-term interests”of human beings.The overall development of food safety in China is in a better form,but it is still faced with the plight of a diversified and complex food production environment,frequent occurrence of unlawful behaviors driven by interests,and insufficient public participation in effective co-management.Cracking the food safety development dilemma,promote the fundamental improvement of the food safety situation,and need to focus on promoting the modernization of food safety governance.In the field of food safety,meet the people’s growing needs for a better life,utilize Marxist humanistic thinking to guide food safety governance,adhere to the people-centered approach,adhere to the equal importance of“production”and“governance”,and innovate incentives for the public’s participation in social co-governance.It provides new ideas and new references for modernizing food safety governance in China.
