公众参与的网络舆情分析——以2022年食品安全“你点我检”活动为例

Analysis of Online Public Opinion--Taking the 2022 Food Safety“Pick&Inspect”Activity as an Example

深入了解我国消费者对“你点我检”活动的关注情况,有针对性地开展系列活动,提升公众安全意识。采用海纳网络舆情监测系统V2.0,对2022年“你点我检”活动的网络舆情大数据进行数据采集、清理、分析和可视化展示。2022年消费者对“你点我检”系列活动的关注度有所变动,但食用农产品和餐饮食品始终保持较高关注;消费者最关注的抽样场所是食堂;消费者对“你点我检”系列活动的情感表达以“悲伤”为主,但对抽检活动深入了解后,期待值不断提高。消费者对“你点我检”活动的关注情况是后续开展系列活动、提升公众安全意识的基础。基于分析结果,此研究就网络媒体引导策略、活动开展形式和频次、市场和社会监管措施3方面分别有针对性地提出了建议。

Understand the consumer’s concern about“Pick&Inspect”activities in our country,and carry out a series of activities to promote public safety awareness.Using Haina online public opinion monitoring system V2.0,we collect,clean,analyze and visualize the big data of public opinion in 2022.The consumers attention to the“Pick&Inspect”activities has changed,but they pay more attention to the edible agricultural products and food from restaurants,and most concerned place is the canteen;Consumers’emotional expression of the“Pick&Inspect”series of activities is mainly“Sadness”-based,but after in-depth understanding of the sampling activities,the expectation value continues to increase.Consumers’attention to the“Pick&Inspect”activity is the basis of the subsequent series of activities to enhance public safety awareness.Based on the analysis results,this study puts forward suggestions on the guiding strategy of online media,the form and frequency of activities,market and social supervision measures.
