摘要
城际铁路具有早晚客流高峰、高密度和公交化运输等特点,而现有固定长编组动车组存在常态和近期客流时运能极大浪费问题。为满足城际铁路客流潮汐规律和高密度运输迫切需求,文章提出采用时速160公里CJ6型城际动车组,详细介绍了该动车组的总体性能参数、电气系统、转向架、制动系统、机械系统、供排水与卫生系统、车内环境控制系统等,并重点阐述了各子系统的关键核心部件、结构、功能等技术特征。CJ6型城际动车组具有技术成熟、经济适用、安全舒适、低碳环保等多方位领先的性能特点,且能够灵活编组和实现公交化运营,最大限度地发挥动车组的运用效能,为我国轨道交通四网融合的新型城际动车组关键技术研究及应用提供支持。
Intercity railway has the characteristics of morning and evening passenger flow peak,high density and public transportation,while the existing fixed long marshalling EMU has the problem of great waste of capacity in normal and recent passenger flow.In order to meet the tidal law of passenger flow and the urgent needs of highdensity transportation for intercity railway,this paper proposes to use the CJ6 intercity EMU with a speed of 160 km/h.The overall performance parameters,electrical system,bogie,brake system,mechanical system,water supply and drainage and sanitation system,and interior environment control system of the EMU are presented in detail.The key core components,structure,function and other technical characteristics of each subsystem are emphasized.The CJ6 intercity EMU has multi-directional leading performance characteristics,such as mature technology,economical application,safety and comfort,low-carbon and environmental protection.It can flexibly marshal and realize bus operation,and maximize the use efficiency of EMU.It provides support for the research and application of key technologies of new intercity EMU with four-network integration of rail transit in China.
