市域C型动车组客室内流场和风道的参数化设计研究

摘要 针对市域C型动车组空调风道的优化设计需求,在车辆方案设计阶段就需要考虑整个客室内部热舒适性指标,以及风道内部的阻力和送风均匀性情况,文章选取市域C型动车组为对象,研究其客室内部热舒适性和风道送风均匀性的参数化设计。首先,基于参数化几何建模构建了市域C型动车组客室-风道仿真计算模型,实现了客室-风道内流场气流组织计算分析;其次,应用基于Isight的多目标优化方法,构建了客室-风道多目标优化模型,基于试验设计(DOE)结果输出了代理模型,采用代理模型进行客室-风道多目标优化设计,获得了最优设计参数组合,并代入到客室-风道仿真计算模型进行了验算;最后,开展了客室-风道的参数化设计可视化结果分析,分析结果表明:经过多目标优化输出的设计参数能使客室区域达到很好的温度均匀性,且关键高度平面的微风速也符合要求。 In response to the optimization design requirements of the air conditioning ducts for urban C-type EMU,the thermal comfort index inside the entire passenger compartment,as well as the airflow resistance and distribution uniformity inside the ducts need to be considered during the vehicle scheme design stage.This paper selects the urban C-type EMU as the research object and studies the parametric design of the thermal comfort inside the passenger compartment and the airflow uniformity of the duct.Firstly,a simulation model for the passenger compartment-air duct system of the urban C-type EMU is constructed based on parametric geometric modeling,enabling computational analysis of the flow field airflow organization in the passenger compartment-air duct system.Secondly,a multi-objective optimization model for the passenger compartment-air duct system is developed using the multi-objective optimization method based on Isight.A surrogate model is generated from the results of DOE(design of experiment),and the surrogate model is used to conduct multi-objective optimization of the passenger compartmentair duct system.The optimal design parameter combination is obtained and applied to the simulation calculation model of the passenger compartment-air duct system for verification.Finally,a parametric desigh visualization analysis of the passenger compartment-air duct system is performed.The results show that the design parameters output through multiobjective optimization can achieve good temperature uniformity in the passenger compartment area,while the slight wind speeds on key height planes also meet the requirements.
