制动控制系统在城际线路运用中的优化研究

摘要 针对某型城际动车组出现的制动状态反馈异常导致牵引封锁的典型案例,文章介绍了城际动车组制动控制的设计原理,结合数据分析确定了故障原因;根据城际线路运营时动车组的制动特点,对制动控制系统中用于实现制动状态反馈功能的机械式继电器寿命进行了匹配性分析,得出目前继电器寿命无法满足实际使用要求的结论,并从部件设计和控制策略上提出了适用于城际线路运用条件的优化方案。 In response to a typical case of traction blockade caused by abnormal feedback of braking status in a certain type of intercity EMU,this paper presents the design principle of brake control for the intercity EMU,and determines the cause of the fault through data analysis.Based on the braking characteristics of the EMU during intercity line operation,a matching analysis is conducted on the life of mechanical relay used to realize the braking status feedback function in the brake control system.The conclusion is drawn that the life of current relay cannot meet the actual usage requirements,and the optimization scheme suitable for intercity line operation conditions is proposed from the perspective of component design and control strategy.
