摘要
在广义相对论中,裸奇点指的是那些不隐藏在黑洞内部的时空奇点.Penrose(1969)提出的宇宙监督假设指出裸奇点不应该出现在引力坍缩的过程中.然而,人们随后通过数值计算和数学证明发现了裸奇点在引力坍缩中形成的例子,转而猜测裸奇点应该是不稳定的.本文回顾近年来广义相对论中裸奇点的不稳定性的一些数学进展.
In general relativity,naked singularities are spacetime singularities that are not hidden inside a black hole.Penrose(1969)proposed that naked singularities should not appear in gravitational collapse,which is called the cosmic censorship hypothesis.However,people found examples of naked singularities formation in gravita-tional collapse by numerical computations and mathematical proofs,and then conjectured that naked singularities should be unstable.In this paper,we review some recent mathematical developments on the instability of naked singularities in general relativity.
