全国省级公共图书馆年报调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Annual Reports of Provincial Public Libraries in China

为推动公共图书馆年报编制工作专业化、标准化、法制化建设,文章以全国28个省级公共图书馆为研究对象,调研其近10年年报公开情况,重点研究11个省级公共图书馆2022年年报编制发布情况。通过网络调查、文献研究、比较分析等方法,发现省级公共图书馆年报工作在连续性、时效性、便捷性、全面性方面存在不足。提出加大监督力度、提升编制时效性、拓宽宣传渠道、注重编制质量、编撰分类年报、扩大价值利用以优化年报编制发布的建议。

In order to promote the professionalization,standardization,and legalization of the annual report compilation of public libraries,this article takes 28 provincial public libraries in China as the research object,and investigates their annual report disclosure situation in the past decade,focusing on the preparation and release situation of 2022 annual report of 11 provincial public libraries.Through methods of online investigation,literature research,comparative analysis and so on,it is found that there are deficiencies in the continuity,timeliness,convenience,and comprehensiveness of the annual report compilation of provincial public libraries.Suggestions are proposed to optimize the compilation and release of annual reports by increasing supervision,improving the timeliness of compilation,broadening publicity channels,focusing on compilation quality,compiling classified annual reports,and expanding value utilization.
