摘要
为了获得新型好氧反硝化微生物,从上海市松江区污水处理厂采集活性污泥,筛选到一株具有高效好氧反硝化能力的菌株,经16S rDNA基因鉴定确定该菌株为克雷伯菌,并命名为Klebsiella HJ-10。通过设置多因素(pH、温度、碳源、碳氮比值)试验,系统研究该菌株在不同条件下的脱氮特性和反硝化能力。结果表明,菌株在最佳条件(pH=7.0;温度30℃;碳源为丁二酸钠;碳氮比值为10)下对初始质量浓度为50.92 mg/L的硝酸盐氮(硝酸钾作为单一氮源)的去除率达93.62%。菌株HJ-10可有效去除硝氮,在处理废水方面具有较大的应用前景。
In order to obtain new aerobic denitrifying microorganisms,activated sludge was collected from Shanghai Songjiang District sewage treatment plant,and a strain with efficient aerobic denitrification ability was screened.The strain was identified as Klebsiella through 16S rDNA gene identification and named Klebsiella HJ-10.The denitrification characteristics and denitrification ability of the strain under different conditions were systematically studied by setting up multi-factor experiments,including pH,temperature,carbon source,and carbon nitrogen ratio.The results show that the strain removes 93.62%nitrate nitrogen(potassium nitrate as a single nitrogen source)from the initial 50.92 mg/L nitrate nitrogen under optimal conditions(pH=7.0;temperature is 30℃;carbon source of sodium succinate;carbon nitrogen ratio is 10).The strain HJ-10 can effectively remove nitrate nitrogen and has important application prospects in treating wastewater.
